How can I track my current order?

Once your Naturwool order has been shipped, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number.

Can I ship to international addresses?

No, unfortunately, from this site we cannot ship to any address outside of the US.

When will my order ship?

Assuming everything goes as it should, your order will leave our warehouse within 2~3 business days. A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

What if my billing address is separate from my shipping address?

No problem. In the billing step of check-out, you’ll have the option to use a different address than the one you provide for shipping. Just find the little checkbox near the top of the billing page.
